Rhonda Bletsh has been in real estate since 2003 and is an Executive Broker with Sandstone Real Estate
Group and a member of Roussel Team Realtors.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Rhonda’s diverse work history* has included, data operations for Keller
Industries, Trust Division Operations Officer for First Union Bank, funds management for T. Rowe Price,
owner/photographer of her own studio, and more .
Education is a lifestyle for Rhonda as she continues to take classes and obtain professional designations
that benefit her clients, including becoming an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential
Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and the Accredited Staging Professional certification. Most
recently, she has received the At Home With Diversity certification.
Rhonda began completing BPOs in 2005 while working diligently to develop her REO, Short Sale and
Bankruptcy listing business and personally purchased a bankruptcy property in Phoenix, AZ, in late 2015.
She continues to practice real estate in Arkansas as a remote member of a team by managing files for
the foreclosure/REO listings, manages servicers and contractors handling maintenance and repairs for
the foreclosure/REO listings, analyzes data and compiles market analysis for clients, completes BPOs and
continues to maintain relationships with past clients who need real estate services again.
Service to her community is one of Rhonda’s priorities along with her faith and her family. Giving to
others is done through serving on several charitable boards, volunteering her time and through her past
affiliation with the Homes for Heroes program where one fourth of her transaction commission was
applied to the Hero client’s closing costs.
Rhonda is the proud mother of three sons, Caleb, Evan and Wade. She married her husband, Bruce, in
1982, was his caregiver prior to his death in March, 2021. Born in Indiana, and after living in several
other states, Rhonda relocated to Arkansas in December, 1989, where she lived for 26 years before
living in Phoenix for four years prior to her return to Arkansas. She has a granddaughter, born January,
2022, three grandpups, and a female Harlequin Great Dane, named Harley Jo.
Her detail-oriented mindset and extensive training has provided the means to successfully close
transactions to the satisfaction of her clients while “Selling Arkansas by the Yard” and would welcome
